OEM Integration Updates

In addition to our current Heavy Truck software solutions, we’re developing new OEM integrations and functionalities to help Heavy Truck dealers run their businesses more efficiently. Here are the latest:

PACCAR

OPC (Online Parts Counter):
This CDK Drive Parts and PACCAR OPC e-commerce solution allows customers to purchase both PACCAR and non-PACCAR parts from the dealership, at pricing levels from the dealer’s CDK system. It’s required by PACCAR and available on Fortellis.

PRWS (PACCAR’s newest Registration and Warranty system):
Streamlines the filing of PACCAR warranty claims by creating drafts in the PACCAR PRWS (warranty system) with information from the RO and tracking via a dynamic status screen. PRWS is now available on Fortellis.

Electronic Shipper:
Coming soon, this integration reconciles OEM parts shipments easily through access to PACCAR's electronic shippers. This will be available through Sales.

Decisiv Integration:
This integration will allow users to send line level corrections thru the Decisiv interface and update the DMS appropriately. This will in turn update the line level story on a repair order. In addition the updated sync process will allow any story changes in the DMS to be reflected in Decisiv.

DTNA

NOF (Not On File):
Coming soon: NOF will improve integration with Excelerator, The improvement will allow dealers to select the order in which Parts master files are searched to supply pricing when customers search for parts in Excelerator that are not in their CDK Parts system. Improves integration with Excelerator, allowing Dealers to select the order in which the parts master files are searched to supply pricing when parts being searched by customers in Excelerator are not in their CDK Parts system. Will be available on Fortellis when released

Gross Receipt Rebate:
Enables Gross Margin Rebate functionality for Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) clients within the transaction settlement and remittance processes. Once the patch is installed on a client system, the user will be able to select a setting to allow the dealer to accept rebates from DTNA/Corcentric (third- party vendor for DTNA) while performing settlement with the third party and process the rebates during the remittance process. Available through Sales.

Electronic Shipper:
This integration brings electronic packing slips into the CDK system so dealers can reconcile with PartScan and reconcile the invoice through an integration with Yooz — capturing the invoices from DTNA and sending Yooz the receipted parts information.

NAVISTAR

Navistar Service Portal (Real-Time RO):
This one-way integration from CDK Drive to Navistar sends ROs to Navistar every 10 minutes. It also measures repairvelocity as part of the Navistar Prestige Rewards Program.

Customer Lookup:
Coming soon! The customer extract PIP allows dealers to extract customer information on demand and write updates back into the DMS. This is required as part of Prestige Rewards Program.

VOLVO

PartsASIST:
Enables Mack/Volvo PartsASIST to be sold in states that require MV to collect taxes. Now available through Sales.
