Our updated Technician Workflow (TK) allows Techs to:
Clock in and out effortlessly for repair orders
Pause and resume tasks using our new Punch Time Panel
Access critical details like the 3Cs, notes and punch time history
Track actual time spent on every service line for accurate reporting
It also lets Advisors and Service Managers view the actual time run by all Technicians for all service lines on a specific repair order, as well as add multiple Technicians to work on a service line.
Our newly enhanced Service UI makes booking easier with one click from the RO Dashboard. Lines can be booked one at a time as work is completed or at the same time when all work is finished.
This allows Service Advisors to:
Verify that all customer-requested and other approved work has been performed for each service line of the RO
Make updates or revisions to the description and pricing of service lines when necessary
Approve each service line and authorize the RO to be cashiered
Few things slow staff down more than having to rekey information. That’s why we’ve integrated payment transactions within the cashiering workflow — saving time and removing rekeying errors from the equation.
